I first started using grocery delivery about a year ago. I actually love having my groceries delivered to my door. The great thing about having your groceries delivered is that I do not have to haul kids around the store or worry about going out in bad weather. I like the fact that I can my produce picked for me and they pick it better than I do. I have referred many friends to home grocery delivery. I also save money because I don't have children putting things in my grocery cart that they really do not need. I can also keep going into my kitchen to double check on things that I am not sure I need or I forgot to put on my list.

I really like having my groceries delivered to my door. At first I was getting my groceries delivered for $7.00 or even free. As time passed, I noticed that standard 4- hour delivery was $7.00 and 2-hour delivery was $14.00. Also, to get free delivery offers you either had to buy $150 or more worth of groceries. I did not have to do that for the first six months of delivery. Eventhough the price of delivery has gone up, it is really worth paying that price, even with the rising cost of gas. Plus, the drivers to not accept tips. I also like the fact that I do not have to haul groceries from my car to the house. I like the convenience of someone bringing them right to my front door.

Really look for the deals. If you take your time, you can find some great deals on groceries. See if your online grocery has a list you can store. That way, if you get things on a regular basis like milk, eggs or orange juice, you can go back to that list and just put them in your cart. You will then save the time of having to search for those items.
