You have 2 choices, either order ahead of your delivery time by making a phone call or placing an online order, or you can wait for your driver to arrive and give your order to him. The downside of waiting and ordering directly from the driver, is that he may not have everything on your list. They have a large arrange of prepared meals, to steaks, seafood, breakfast items, snack foods, frozen concentrate juices, and a large aray of desserts, I would say they specailize in many different varietys of ice cream. It's a nice way to supplement your shopping, but it definitly does not replace going grocery shopping. First off, it's alot more expensive, plus you end up paying 4%more than it's worth, but I look at it as I am paying for the convenince of not having to leave my house.

The service is alway good. The food I order is always wonderful. It's great for your specialty meats or seafood, which is comparable to grocery store prices.

For people who are really busy, this is a huge help. You pay more for the convenience, but you can preorder meal style, which is a huge help. It's cheaper than eating out, so if you look at it that way, to some it would be a money saver. Just depends on peoples lifestyles.
