the Cost of Overnight Tours and Trips

My family and I went on a trip to Disney. It was the first time our kids have been so they were very excited. We did a one night and two day stay at the all star resort hotel in Orlando. The $1000 included a hotel room for one night costing about $250, four two day park hopper passes which were close to $500 and finally all of our food where one of our meals was a character breakfast at the Contemporary hotel. It was kind of expensive, but when you take four people to Disney even the economy trip will be expensive.

My kids just had a blast. My husband and I just watched our kids have the time of their lives. We wanted their first Disney experience to be extra special. They love meeting all the characters and riding all the rides at the parks. We even would spend the afternoon at the pool during the hottest parts of the day. The hotel wasn't anything too special, but we couldn't afford some of the nicer hotels. We just knew that we still wanted to be on the grounds so we would have public transportation to get to the parks. What a blast.

Disney is somewhere that all children should go to multiple times as kids because everyone will somewhat grow out of it. It isn't cheap, but if you save up for it with a vacation fund it should be a bit more reasonable to afford the trip.
