Description of service
The service was twice-weekly physical therapy sessions for an ongoing problem I have had with my right knee. I have no insurance to cover such a service and the fee was $50 per session. Each session lasted about 45 minutes. The service included full physical therapy including stretching, exercise bike, knee lifting program, weighted balls, massage, and other stuff as well.
Review of Service
I was pleased with the service and it was the only thing that really got my knee into working order. My knee has been giving me trouble for years so I had to do something. It just hurt to have to pay so much money out of pocket for it, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. After about 10 sessions I was able to really get my knee feeling back up to speed again. The therapists and trainers there really knew what they were doing and treated all of the patients with respect and courtesy. I give them a 9 out of 10.
Tips
My tip would be to consider the option of physical therapy if you have any lingering leg or joint (or arm) paint that just won't go away, or if you are recovering from a surgery. It can really do the trick.
