Description of service
My home computer recently had the power supply and modem get fried in a lightning storm. I had to pay a computer repair tech to come out and replace the parts, reload the programs that got destroyed, and check the rest of the computer to see if it was salvageable. Luckily for me the rest of the computer was ok and he just had to change out those two items. If I had known that the rest was ok I would have replaced the two parts myself for a lot less than what he charged me. He showed up promptly at 9:30 am like he was suppose to and got right to work on my computer. He was very professional, kind, and explained what he was doing and what was and wasn't wrong with the computer.
Review of Service
The computer repair tech that came out to my home to look at my personal desktop computer was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and talkative. A few times I wanted to tell him to quit talking and keep working. From time to time he would quit working when he was in the middle of a story or explaining something and would just sit there and talk, while I'm paying him by the hour. That was the only bad thing about the service I recieved from him.
Tips
Watch the computer repair tech to make sure that they don't do more than you requested and that they don't go snooping through your computer.
