the Price of Exterior House Painting

I needed the outside of my house painted as it had been awhile since it had been done and years of snow and salt and wind had really just done a number on it. I called a few places and decided on a company that, though not new, was new to the area. The estimate was free, and I had been charged before. Best of all was they don't charge for a quick estimate even if you don't use them for the paint job.

The guy was honest about what was the best stuff to use and how much time would be needed and everything. They didn't try to sell me services I didn't ask for or that I didn't need, they did exactly what was needed.

The work was great and they were fast, but still precise and very kind to my surrounding plants, bushes and other things. These guys are pros and they are very polite and do their best not to create a mess. Best of all, when they are done, they clean up and you only know someone was there because of the immaculate work they do on painting your home.

My home now looks brand new and a real estate agent told me that with the small work done on it, the home is easily going to go for an extra 3 to 4 thousand dollars.

The paint is beautiful and the work is precise and very attractive. the people who did the work were kind and did their best not to invade privacy or destroy any surrounding property such as bushes, plants, grass, sidewalk, windows, and drains.

I was very happy with what they did and for the great price that was actually two to three times less than what I was quoted by other people. The estimate was free too.

Shop around and never settle for a high price. There is always something better out there and if they charge for the estimate move on.
