Rented a party tent for a my parents 50th anniversary party. Tent rental and setup/takedown included in charges.
Ynot Party rentals is national chain. Contacted the company over the telephone. Associate seemed very helpful. Helped me narrow my needs down to the right size tent. Tent installers arrived on time. Setup of the tent took about 1 hour. Party tent hold 50 people and comes with electrical outlets and floor lighting. We had the tent setup in the backyard. Tent was of sturdy material and appeared to be installed correctly. The next morning after the party the installers came back on time and took the party rental down. The charge of over $400 was a very good value considering how many people attended and the prompt and great services. I would both recommend Ynot party rentals and tent rentals in general. Made for a real elegant and elaborate affair.
Tips
Tent rentals are great for outdoor parties. One thing we failed to think about fully was enough seating available for the guest. We had to borrow extra chairs from neighbors so if I was to do it again I would also rent some additional chairs. Plan ahead. Even though these rentals are fairly new they are popular with both corporate and commercial clients as well.
