Description of service
This class price included all supplies. The class lasted 3 hours and when done you left with a 3D rose pin for your lapel or coat or to give away as a gift. The supplies consisted of seed beads in different colors and wire, as well as a pin for actually attaching the pin. There was one teacher and only 5 students including me.
Review of Service
This was very tedious work. The seed beads are SO small but the finished product was SO worth it. The rose I made is purple with olive green leaves. It took a lot of wire and patience to make it look like an actual rose. The teacher was very willing to help you though and lend her expertise to make sure your rose looked like a rose and not just a blob of beads. I would recommend this to anyone who love beaded jewelry. You had your choice of making a pin or a pendant (like for a necklace). I chose the pin to give to my mother. She loved it by the way. I do not know if I would do this on my own, simply because its so tedious, but it was fun and definitely worth the money.
Tips
Realize that seed beads are the smallest beads you will probably ever work with. If you have big hands like me, that is an issue, so keep that in mind. I had a lot of trouble working with the skinny wire and tiny beads with my big hands, while those with smaller hands did much better. I cannot stress enough how tedious this was.
