Description of service
The service was installation of my new car audio/speaker system. The $75 represented installation only, not price of the actual system/hardware itself. Of the $75, $60 was listed as the labor, and $15 was a "shop fee". I in all honesty have no idea what a shop fee is supposed to be, but it wasn't for the system, so I included it in with the fee of the service.
Review of Service
I was happy with the installation in that it works well and was fast. However, I am very unhappy with the price and feel like I should have just had a friend who is good with this kind of self do it for me. I felt like $75 was way too much money to spend for the 15 minutes tops that it took these guys to do it. I also think the "shop fee" is some sort of scam add-on these places do. As if the $60 labor fee wasn't enough! So I give them an A on the service and an F on the cost.
Tips
My tip would be to have a friend who is knowledgable on this cars/electronics to do it as a favor. Save your money! Also, research "shop fees" and any other possible add-ons!
