Description of service
The price included 2 rooms in my house, each under 250 square feet. The price did not include stairs or hallways. The cleaning included: 1.)Inspect area to be cleaned. Move small breakable items and furniture, brush carpet in heavy traffic areas, move furniture and prepare that carpet. Vacuum area thoroughly. 2.) Before starting the cleaning process, spots and stains will be removed (except those which have permanently changed the carpet or upholstery fibers). Pre-treat heavy traffic areas. 3.) After cleaning with a non-residue, dry foam cleaning agent, the carpet is soft and fluffy, and will actually stay clean longer. Light traffic is permissible right after cleaning, and carpet in heavily soiled areas should dry completely in an hour or so. Carpet around the baseboards and other hard to reach areas were cleaned by hand. All furniture was returned to original position, and protective pads put under the legs of all furniture. 4.) After cleaning is completed, the carpet is brushed to its fullest height, giving it a new look of luster and fluffiness.
Review of Service
I have a white Berber carpet and have been at war with it ever since moving into my house 2 years ago. I've rented carpet cleaners and utilized alternative chemical cleaning services, but each time I was increasingly frustrated with the inability to get my tenacious Berber back to white. I'm usually fairly skeptical at services that make big claims to win their customers, but I called my cleaners anyways. I was amazed at what they did! The carpet is actually white again!
Tips
Make sure to get references first, and ask if they do an initial inspection. Find out if the price they quote includes other things such as hallways, stairs, or pet odors.
