the Price of Internet (VOIP) Telephone Service

Voice over ip telephone service. We have had the same service from december 04 til now and I would say over all I love it. I still loose a call on occasion, but for the price and no expense at calling the person back I am very happy. This service provides for all calls made in the US and Canada. All for that same low price of 26.00 which includes tax. I must provide my own broadband or dsl internet connection for it to work though, which is a separate bill.

I must say I always thought the service was not the best. Then one day I woke up and I realized that the phone company that we use cannot help our internet service providers service and that the internet service is really the cause of my dropped calls and such. I then felt a lot better. I have also had nothing but great service from customer reps whenever I had a issue.

I highly recommend always in one way (nicely mind you) of a good threat. I personally called my phone company and said I am ready to move to a new voice over ip unless you can give me a reason to stay. They then lowered my monthly price from 24.99+++ to 19.99+++ which makes for a great phone bill for the home phone. I was told I must call yearly to get that price updated after using it for a year though. So I will not forget next year.
