the Cost of Wedding Photographers

The service preformed was taking photos for a wedding. included in the price were 6 hours of photos the day of the wedding. also included were two practice photo session in the photographers studio and one on-site practice at the church and the place for the reception. In addition the the photo shoots two wire bound albums were included containing about 25 photos each, and 4 8x10 photographs matted for framing and a $200 credit for other individual photos. It should be noted here that the photographs were not digital and a majority were in black and white. A tip was not included in this price. The tip given was $300

I was very pleased with the quality of this service. The photographer worked with us a lot. I enjoyed the pre-wedding photo sessions because it gave me an idea of what to expect from the photographer the day of the wedding. Also the photographer was very willing to work with us and took extensive notes on what people should be included in the photos, any group/family photos the needed to be taken. After the wedding the photographer worked with us to choose the best photos for the albums and the larger prints. I felt the service was great for the price paid.

I recommend meeting with several photographers to determine the style of the photographer and what they include in their package. Photographers have vastly different styles and it is best to get one that you agree with Be sure you know if you will need to pay extra for prints, extra albums etc. I recommend a photographer who is willing to meet with you multiple times and takes an effort to know what guests you think are important to have in your pictures. You definitely don't want to take a chance on the person you are paying to chronicle your special day!
