the Price of Youth Basketball

I recently got my child enrolled for a season of youth basketball. In all, 10 regular season games were played and i had to pay $150 as the fee. It was a local beaketball league. They also gave a team jersey and a basketball to all the members.

I do not think that that particular league was much value for money. The season matches were very much unorganized but still the coaches, who themselver were the match referres, were still very entthusiastic about the game. They were too much involved, and this was something that i particularly liked. But my child seemed to enjoy the games a lot. However, i believe that the coaches were not upto the mark. A lot of extra attention was paid towards those children who were already good at basketball. But if you go by what my child says, that is the best basketball league.

You must be careful while choosing any particular basketball league. Some leagues are more suited for very good players and new comers do not feel so comfortable among them. So before joining any league get to know about the league and so some research work. The league should suit the needs and requirements of the child.
