the Cost of a Series of Acupuncture Treatments

I recently fell and hurt my back. I do not like to take any type of drugs so I choose to get acupuncture. I had a series of 5 session as $100.00 per session. It session lasted close to an hour. Needles were inserted in alot of places on my body. I had pins in my ears and toes and my back. I never felt anything. My doctor was not only a certified acupuncturist but a licensed medical doctor.

The service was excellent. The office and building were very well kept up in a decent part of town, The staff went out of their way to help you and put you at ease. Once in the room the doctor would come in with an assistant and explain exactly what he would be doing. He explained that I probably wouldn't walk out completely cured but within a day or two I would start to feel much better. The whole treatment took about an hour. It was very relaxing and I left feeling I might want to take a short nap. I went to a total of 5 session and will never regret it. My back is much better. I would definitely have acupuncture done again.

Always check with the Medical Association for a certified and licensed acupuncturist. Ask your primary care doctor or even friends. Meet with the staff and office prior to going.
