the Cost of a Series of Acupuncture Treatments

This is the price we paid for a series of acupuncture treatments to help control pain in my lower back. The price included all fees associated with the service. There were six treatments, each costing sixty dollars per appointment. I went once a week for about one hour. The treatments were not covered by my insurance plan.

This was actually a Valentine's Day gift from my husband. Although it might not sound romantic, these treatments have helped my back pain so much- I think it was the greatest gift ever! The rooms featured small water fountains, soothing music, and aromatherapy as well. The staff was professional and thoughtful. I was suprised to find out that the needles would notonly be placed in my back, but also in my legs, arms, and feet. I was slightly nervous, but the treatments are not painful. If anything, the needles feel a bit irritating in your skin. The needles stayed in for about forty minutes before being removed. I noticed a difference in my back the first day of treatment. Although I can not say my back is totally better, the pain is SO much better than before I had the treatments. I feel like I can live again!

Research this well! You do not want an inexperienced person putting needles in your body. Ask friends and family for referrals!
