The price I have listed is the monthly charge for a twice-weekly series of one hour sessions of acupuncture treatment. Thin, disposable needles are used.
Review of Service
They ask that you show up for the appointment early so that you may relax beforehand. Driving is a stress that the body needs to calm down from and so the body needs a small period of rest before beginning. The atmosphere just in their lobby alone put me at ease immediately, the smell of incense calming, and a cup of warm tea is offered, decaf of course, which I sip before beginning the treatment. The doctor is careful and precise, but quick and firm. The first treatment was a bit of a shock but it has been worth it as I feel so much better and am functioning on a whole different level than before. The pain that plagued me before is gone completely and I would have never believed that was going to be possible if you had told me that a few months ago when the problems began. The whole treatment has put me in a different mood and my lifestyle is changing for the better.
Tips
Taking the first step is the hardest. My doctor gave me a consultation session before beginning treatment, explaining the process. I feel that this introduction is mandatory to allowing the mind to accept the healing process.
