Description of service
We paid $800 for an administrative professional to work for one week. She had several years of experience and very good computer skills.
Review of Service
There were several options we were presented with when putting our order in for a temporary employee. We could have gotten someone cheaper who did not have the experience or skills that the person we chose did. It was definitely worth the extra cost to go with the more experienced candidate. We were very busy and our Administrative Assistant had the week off so we needed someone to work with minimal supervision and instruction. We were able to give her a list of tasks and she just took them and ran with them. She did ask a few questions but were happy to clarify things to make sure they were done right. She didn't ask too many though, so really she didn't take up too much of our time. She was very prompt and took the appropriate amount of breaks. Overall, we were very pleased and didn't really have any complaints with her service.
Tips
Be willing to pay extra to hire a temporary employee who has the skills to match your needs. Check references. Be clear on the instructions you give to save time clarifying later.
