the Cost of Temporary Administrative Employees

I needed someone to help me in the office temporarily so tried a temp service. I had surgery this time and some of the little things were just not possible for me to tackle. I needed mostly filing done and just any other little thing that came along. The cost was a per hour straight fee for the service per hour.

They sent me a woman that was older so I figured she had more office experience. She pretty much messed up just about everything she touched. I needed filing done and she pulled files out of the drawer and then just stuck them back in anywhere. She was sorting things for me and I am not sure she knew her alphabet. She was a smoker and needed too many breaks. I had used this service before and was happy but the girl I normally got if I needed someone was not available any longer. I wanted to give her a chance so I kept her for about 3 days but it was just not a good experience this time.

Next time I use the service if it does not work out after the first day, as I feel I should be able to tell, I will not let them come back. It is too frustrating to fix everything after. I will also report my experience to the temp agency as I feel that if this was done by the last person, this lady would probably be put elsewhere to work and not in an office.
