the Cost of Pet Adoption Fees for Cats

We had been looking for a special cat for several years and found one in the local adoption. The adoption fee included that the cat was already neutered, had all shots, was micro-chipped, wormed and was ready to come to his new home with us!

Service with this excellent adoption agency was top-notch. Staff were friendly, considerate and helpful. I had many questions about the special cat that we adopted, and staff were knowledgeable and patient. The adoption fee, in my opinion, was nominal considering all that the adoption agency had invested in this beautiful cat. He was in great health, playful and very happy, as were all the cats this agency had up for adoption. Facilities were clean and pristine. No smells!

Make sure you have the records of your animals' shots, worming, neutering/spaying, etc., and what vet the agency used (in the event you have any questions or need medical records transferred to your vet). Do not adopt an animal on a whim or for emotional reasons. This is a friend and companion who will live for along time and requires a huge investment of time and money. Ask all the questions that you need to, and if the staff is put off by that, go somewhere else. I went to one adoption agency several times and was treated curtly by the staff each time I was there to look at animals. I am also fastidious about animal cleanliness in the cages, and consider that when I enter an adoption facility.
