the Cost of Pet Adoption Fees for Cats

This service is for cat adoption at my town's local animal shelter. There were several dozen cats to choose from, a bunch of dogs and even a horse available. The charge to adopt a two month old kitten, which already had its shots and vaccinations was $25, but they joy on my daughter's face when she got the kitten was priceless.

The people at the shelter are always very nice and helpful. We visit the animal shelter about once a month to give some of the dogs and cats some attention, the kids have fun and the shelter really appreciates the attention we give to the dogs, especially the ones that have been there for a long time. When we ended up adopting a kitten, we were planning on getting a dog, but my daughter found an extremely cute kitten and they fell in love. She wouldn't let me leave without getting her that kitten, so I paid the $25 and we went home. Butters is now spoiled rotten, but is doing well as the newest member of our family.

You can really save an animal's life by adopting from animal shelters. Those animals are put on death row, and if no one adopts them they are put to sleep. If you don't have the money to adopt, you can always check your local newspaper for people giving them away.
