the Cost of Ambulance Rides

This service was for an ambulance ride from the scene of my automobile accident to the hospital. I had gotten into a really bad accident and broken several bones so the ambulance needed to take me to the emergency room. Although the emergency room visit was expensive, the ride there was free. I know the taxes I pay cover the cost of emergency services in my area, but there was no specific charge for the actual ride to the emergency room.

I am not quite sure how to review an ambulance. I don't remember too much from the ride, as I was ruffed up pretty badly by the car accident I was in. I remember the EMT people being very nice and asking me a lot of questions, just trying to keep me awake I guess. It was really bright in the ambulance, again probably to keep me awake until they get me to the emergency room.

There aren't many tips on ambulance rides. The best tip is to not have to take one, but if you have to don't worry about what charges are going to incur because they are there to help you, and to save your life.
