Description of service
Once a week I go to the gym and my trainer and I work out for a hour every time. We stretch out just to make sure I don't get hurt and walk for about 5 minutes then a slow jog working up to do 25 minute run on the tread mill and 50 sit ups and push ups. Then we work on my upper body and get out the weights. We do 25 curls on both arms and then we do some more stretches. Then over to the bike and I will do a 25 minute ride. The last thing I do for the workout is 20 laps in the swimming pool.
Review of Service
My trainer has always done her best to make sure I do what needs to be done to get the results I want. I told her what I wanted and we have been working on it for over a year and I am very happy with what I got. I love how she will work out with me instead of standing there watching.
Tips
Make sure you are happy with your trainer. Tell them what you want and make sure you see that the workout is working. If you do as they tell you, you should see results in 3 to 4 weeks like I did.
