Description of service
My trainer met me at the park and brought lots of different tools to use. The trainer gave me a worksheet on foods to eat and to stay away from, and we discussed my diet. Then we did lots of sprinting, lunges, pushup, situps on a mat. We did stretches as well as some difficult yoga poses. It was very much a bootcamp style training session. It was one on one and we used light weights and did some kick-boxing movements.
Review of Service
The trainer was friendly but very authoratative. The trainer set me up to do lots of things at the park that were difficult. The tips were useful and the trainer really knew a lot about diet, exercise and what to focus on to get specific results. The trainer was well worth the cost and really did push me to the limit. I did more than I would have done by myself. One on one training was amazing, but it may help to train in a group because you may be more motivated with more people around.
Tips
Ask your friends, family or co-workers who they reccomend as a trainer. This is the best idea so that you don't end up wasting your time. Also decide ahead of time if you want to train indoors or outdoors.
