Description of service
The service is to hire a personal trainer at the local gym. The trainer fee is $50 per session. The key is that the trainer creates a personalized workout program for me. Thus, I do not need to hire the personal trainer service for every workout. I just do it to create a new workout program to get me going on. Usually I do this about 6 times are year or so (every other month). This helps me to key on and focus on what I need to improve upon. Good fine-tuning so to speak.
Review of Service
I am very pleased with the service. In a way, it almost gives me some sense of confidence and accomplishment (and affirmation) that all of my hard work actually is paying off. Also, I truly do see better results when I have at trainer assisting me in workouts than I do before I starting doing this. It really does show in your results.
Tips
My best tip would be to create a personal plan that allows you to do the majority of your workouts on your own. Use a personal trainer simply as a supplement that fine-tune and tweak your regime on an as-needed basis. It can get way too expensive and wasteful if you rely on the trainer on a daily basis.
