the Cost of Boat Tours

I took an architectural boat tour through Chicago, IL for $35. This included an hour long boat ride through the city with a tour guide and drinks and snacks on the tour.

I lived in Chicago for almost 4 years before I finally made it onto one of the architectural boat tours famous in the city. It was great, and I am sad that I waited so long to do it. I got the tour company recommedation from a friend, and some visiting family and I went down to the dock for a boat ride. All employees from the company were great, so polite and willing to answer any and all questions. The tour itself was so informative - the tour guide really knew his stuff - and the perfect way to see the gorgeous city of Chicago. They also had beverages and snacks for the hour-long ride, which were appreciated and yummy.

My advice would definitely be to shop around regarding price although that should not be your only concern. Go with a reputable company, one with an excellent safety record and positive reviews on tourist sites. Boat tours are a great and relaxing way to see a city, so definitely check out what your destination offers!
