Unlimited internet with free wireless router, standard fiber optic cable, all taxes and government fees. There are no extra surcharges. The lowest bandwidth program is larger than the bandwidth on the closest non-fiber-optic competitor.
Review of Service
The installation was fast and smooth, and the tech was very knowledgeable. The television connection is generally excellent. The internet is very fast, with minimal wait times even for large document download/upload and "busy" websites. I can often navigate with several browser instances open without causing any noticeable slowdown. However, at least once during any 24H period there is a short interruption - less than 30 seconds - usually at odd hours of the night, and affects internet only. When the service is running it is the fastest I have ever used, and the short interruptions do not affect me negatively. I strongly recommend it to family and friends who use the internet and/or subscriber television regularly both for convenience and cost value.
Tips
Watch for deals! There is a lot of competition in the market, and often charges like installation/setup are negotiable even if the ads don't say they are. Be prepared to sign a 1-year contract to get the best price.
