We receive the basic 5Mbps down load and 1.5 Mbps up load fiber optic Internet service. The monthly cost is $35. The service provider gave us all the necessary equipment, cables, modem, wireless router, etc, to use their service. The installation process was done by a technician of the service provider.

By far the best Internet service I have ever used. In the year and a half since I started using the service I have had zero down time and remarkably few slow periods. The equipment provided by them has worked reliably and is technically up to date. The wireless router gives the ability to properly secure our wireless network.

The installation process went quickly and smoothly. The only slight problem during the process came when the technician dropped the device he was using to fish the fiber optic line through the wall of my house. The time it took him to retrieve that device was actually longer than it took to do the actual installation.

Do not think twice about signing up for this service. The technical support and product is far superior to the competing high speed Internet providers. I only use the basic level of the service but much higher speeds are available.
