The service is 15/2 (down/up) Mbit/s fiber optic internet access only. Does not include phone line in the price or service (you could use "free" VoIP, if you wanted to though).

It is as it says on the box. Incredibly reliable, great price for what it is. The speed is absolutely amazing, and the latency is incredibly low (really good for games). I can't comment on customer service as I haven't needed it, which I suppose is a good thing! After tasting fiber internet, there's no way I'm going back to DSL or cable. Fiber is hands down the best option for internet access. If you can get it, and you are at all interested in downloading things at least semi-regularly (I suppose if you just need the internet for email and the occasional website, then fiber is not necessary), then go for it. You won't regret it!

You might be able to get deals such as a number of months free or cheap, if you can persuade the CSR. It's quite common to get personalized deals - in fact, different CSRs will give you different deals - if you're not happy, try ringing back and seeing if the next one is willing to give a better deal!
