This is blazing fast. I really thought that once the internet was fast it couldn't really get any faster. Boy was I wrong! This is so fast that I literally can't navigate fast enough to wait for anything. The service provider I use is definitely less than perfect. It's almost impossible to get them on the phone. The first few times I needed to talk to them I waited on the line for over 20 minutes. The third time I was planning on canceling as it's kind of expensive. Well, as soon as I hit the choice for canceling they transferred me to a liver person right away. That's not a good way to treat customers. I do wish they had some competition because as it stands they don't and the cost is high.

Keep an eye out for offers they make for new customers. I found when I tried to cancel that they were willing to start a new contract with lowered prices to keep me as a customer. Also don't expect great customer service if the company you use doesn't have any competitors.
