This service is provided by a franchise and they charge by size of your house, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the cost of living in the area. My house had 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and it is small. The cost of living around the area is high.

I had never used this service before. This was the first time and the reason was that I was about to sell my house and a prospect buyer already made an offer so I had to deep clean my house. Setting the appointment with them is easy and they can even give you a quote on the phone if you desire. I asked for one and even though I was aiming around $75.00 dollars, they argued that the cost of living around my area was a factor in that they were going to charge me $110.00. Overall service was great, they came and left faster than I have ever seen anybody clean.

Research a couple of franchises in your area and find out quotes over the phone. If I would have done this than maybe I would have gotten a better deal, since some places do not take into account the cost of living around your area but rather focus on how big your house is.
