This dentist performs dental procedures on children and teenagers, including routine exams, cleanings, x-rays, referrals, and other treatments of dental issues and procedures.
Review of Service
The service was spectacular. I had chosen a pediatric dentist in the past, and did not like the service or the atmosphere. This one is much better. The dentist does a fantastic job of putting children at ease in order to make them less afraid of visiting the dentist and ensuring they take excellent care of their teeth and gums. The dentist explained the importance of good oral hygiene in a way my son could understand and follow, and did not demean him when there were a few cavities which needed to be addressed. The cavities were filled on the same visit as the exam, which made things less stressful for my six year old, and he hardly felt a thing. The dentist was patient and explained everything he was doing and why, which made my son feel more at ease. I will continue to visit this dentist for all my children's dental needs.
Tips
If you don't care for a particular dentist but don't know why, feel free to move on. You don't owe any loyalty to any particular dentist. I moved on from my last one, and was glad I did--the service is a lot better, and both myself and my son feel more at ease with the procedures and atmosphere at our current dentist's office.
