Description of service
I had a very important paper due in my Psychology class. It was a very large part of my grade and I wasn't doing very well. I hired a graduate student to go over the paper and make suggestions for $20. This included suggestions for improved grammar and spelling as well as suggestions on content. The student was careful not to add content to the paper so as not to be a part of plagary.
Review of Service
I got a lot of suggestions, most of which I went with. The few suggestions I didn't agree with and subsequently ignored were all brought up by my teacher as flaws with the paper and likely resulted in me getting the B I got instead of the A. The only complaint I have is that the student made notes on my paper but was not available face to face to discuss them with her.
Tips
If you're going to pay someone for their expert advice to go over your paper you may as well listen to their advice. Also try to find someone you can meet with face to face or at least have a phone consultation as sometimes figuring out what scribbled notes mean is hard.
