Description of service
This would be a electric bill. We use a fireplace with a insert to heat our home. We mostly only use the heat pump to have the fan on and circulate the air from room to room. The electric company came and put on newer meters a couple of years ago. Everything we have is electric, hot water heater, heat pump and all appliances and fire place uses wood.
Review of Service
This company is not one I would right off recommend but seems to be the only one I can choose from at this time. Their customer service is short of RUDE but I guess that is only to me. I am not sure mind you. One time I called them and said hey I got so and so's shut off and almost opened it.... don't you want to give them a call they claimed no. They don't seem to care. I have called them and said hey I got a shut off and paid yesterday don't you want these to arrive before my shut off date which was today? They said they send them with enough time and they don't care as it's a 2nd warning. The first comes by a automated phone call. I have tried to tell the psc but they don't seem to think this company is doing anything wrong.
Tips
I have to admit I appreciate their online bill paying service and overall the power they supply continues to power my home so I am glad for that and try to behave.
