the Cost of Lip Piercing

This is the price I paid to have my lip pierced on the right hand side of my upper lip. The price for the lip piercing included all costs associated including the needle (they only use the needle once and then throw it away), the actual lip jewelry, and taxes. The lip piercing was done at a small, locally owned tattoo and piercing shop. We do know the owner, so we received a discount. But, the normal pricing for the lip piercing would have been only about ten dollars more than the price I paid.

The place I went to is very clean and sterile. The employees are all funny, helpful, and professional. We always have a wonderful time when we go there. The lip piercing was a bit painful, but it was also quick. The jewelry I picked out was the standard stud that they offer. Some of the more elaborate and ornate jewelry would have cost more. They were quite thorough in their description of how to keep my lip piercing clean. I followed their instructions and have had no problems. Overall, this was a great experience and the price was reasonable.

Make sure the place you go to is clean and reputable. ask friends and family for a referral if you are unsure of where to go. You don't want to get an infection!
