the Cost of Lip Piercing

I have recently gotten my lip pierced at a local tattoo and piercing shop here in Louisville. I paid 55 dollars to have the piercing done, this price also included a generic but sterling silver lip ring and a small bottle of clening solution (soap and water.)

The entire tattoo shop is really clean and I was able to watch the artist put on FRESH latex gloves and physically saw him take his equipment out of sterile packaging. The man that did my piercing was very gentle and communicated with me throughout the entire process! My best friend came to the shop with me and was allowed to watch the entire process through a large window in the lobby of the establishment.

Be sure that you are 100% positive that you want the piercing before going into the shop that you are getting it done at! From my experience the people that are doing this service do not have the time or patience to wait with you while you deliberate. I have always paid with cash when getting a piercing because from what I understand it is easier for the artist to deal with then credit card machines. Also, always leave the person that did your work a tip...I left .
