In the last three months, I have had my labre monroe pierced at a local tattoo shop. To get my labre (lip) pierced it was 55 dollars and to get my monroe pierced it was 75 dollars! I got this done all at the same tattoo shop here in Louisville, KY and for the cost that I paid I got the piercing and a small bottle of cleanser.
Review of Service
The same tattoo artist did both of my piercings, she is also a specialist in piercings...which is a must! She was very calm, friendly (as friendly as you could expect at least) and had a steady hand! Overall, it was a great experience!
Tips
Make sure that the person you choose to pierce you has excellent credentials! The easiest and most reliable way to do this is by word of mouth. Find out where your friends got their piercings or just ask someone that you see on the street that happens to have the piercing that you are looking at getting done! People like for you to notice these things and would welcome the conversation! Also, make sure that everything is very sterile when you are getting pierced! Latex gloves should be worn at all times and they should show you that they are pulling their equipment out of sterile packages!
