the Cost of Septic Tank Replacement

When my husband and I moved into our home, the last thing that we expected was to have to replace the septic tank system in our home. This was our first house and we were nto sure what we had to do or the things we had to look into. When the septic system took a dive, we contacted a local company that told us that they would have to dig up our yard in order to replace the tank. We were weary of this and told that the job would cost a few thousand dollars. When we explained that we didn't have that kind of money, they dropped the price by fifty percent and only charged us 1,500.00 for the whole job! They dug up the yard in a few days and put everything back the way that it was. We had to refurbish our own grass, but it was worth it for the price we paid.

The gentlemen were very kind and understanding. They were also very nice. My children are young and would come out the front door even when told not to and the workers were always on the lookout if I had turned my back for a minute so that the children did not get in the mess or fall in a hole. The service was done fast and correct for a reasonable price and without any complaints!

Never be afraid to haggle a price because you will be surprised at what that can get you. People can and often times are reasonable and understanding especially in this economy.
