the Cost of Septic Tank Replacement

My grandmother's septic tank was over 30 years old and needed replaced. I arranged to have this done for her through a local company near her home. This price included the removal of the old tank and the installation and purchase of the new tank. It took them about a week to complete the whole process due to weather issues. She stayed at my house during this time, as she had no sewer.

I was VERY impressed with this service and this price. After watching what all the service guys had to do to replace the old tank, I feel their price was a bargain! They guys were very mom & pop. It was a locally owned and operated company, and I think that is why it was such a good price (no brand name ads to pay for). Everyone we dealt with was really nice and honest and they seemed like the shake my hand promise type. I would recommend them to anyone and have recommended this company to others with sewer issues.

Definitely shop around for the best price but be smart about it. I had been referred to this company by a relative, so I knew they were a good company; however, if you do not have the benefit of a referral, definitely check with multiple companies and investigate their track record if possible. You are going to have to live with your new septic tank for at least 20 years, so you don't want to risk anything.
