the Price of Driving Lessons

For $425, I managed to get a "package" deal. The price included use of the driving school's car, the instructor, five 90-minute lessons, pickup at my own hours for the lessons, as well as having the road test scheduled. The instructor drove the driving school car all the way to my house, then let me start my lessons, then even took me back home!

The quality of this driving school was great. Everything was included in the package deal, which was really nice, because a regular 90-minute lesson was about $90. It also eliminated the hassle of calling and scheduling my road test. The driving school took care of all of it for me, and I just had to learn and be there! The only thing I didn't love about the service was that I wasn't given any background on my particular trainer, for his driving record. However, the school was fully accredited so I assumed they had that covered. It was an excellent price for everything received.

As always with things like this, do your research. Call around, find out prices, what's included in the price. Ask about the school's accreditation and whether or not they provide a car. Not all driving schools provide training cars.
