Fill for tooth that broke while eating M&Ms. Plastic fill was performed as a precursor to crown. I broke my tooth on a package of M&Ms. The dentist put some fill in my tooth to hold it until I could get in for a crown. The dentist took x-Rays and images of my teeth, and showed me exactly where my tooth was broken. then he showed me a high resolution close-up. we discussed all options before he filled my tooth with an epoxy that was very strong and covered the nerve that was exposed.
Review of Service
The service was great. He took full x-rays, and imaging, and showed me an image of exactly where my tooth was broken. The fill has lasted or almost a year. I have not had any pain or needle to go back for additional service. the imaging equipment seemed to be very new technology, and the resolution on my teeth was astounding. It put old fashioned X-Rays to shame.
Tips
Go to a quality dentist. they need to make money, but can give you the minimal of what you need. Make sure they show you exactly what the problem is, and what needs to be done.
