Description of service
After years of problems with my teeth, I was in need serious dental work. Not all of my teeth were considered bad, so pulling all of my teeth in order to get dentures was not a possibility. I ended up paying a dental school to remove certain teeth from strategic points around my mouth that were incredibly bad.
They ended up having to remove 8 teeth (two from the bottom and six from the top) in order to make dental bridges, which are similar to partial dentures. One tooth is not connected to the other fake teeth because it is way in the back.
Review of Service
I felt the service was good considering it was performed at a dental school. The procedure was relatively simple considering the complexity of my needs. All the people there were very professional and made me feel at ease, even though it was a very embarrassing situation. If anyone I know should ever end up in a similar situation I would recommend the same solution to them. I can eat carrots again!
Tips
Check to see if the dental school in your area will help you out, which will save you a ton of money as opposed to going to a name brand dentist. Make sure that the people you're working with know what they're doing before allowing any work to be done.
