We recieved this deal through a friend who works for the rental company. Our rental car was a new Ford Focus. Great on gas and easy to drive. Las Vegas is a rental car mecca so all of the rental companies are now housed under one roof at the airport. This makes it very easy to pick up and drop off. Picking up our car was a breeze. We signed a few pieces of paper, picked out our car, and were on our way. We elected to pay for our gas upfront which means that we didn't have to make sure the tank was filled before bringing it back. This was actually cheaper at $3.59 a gallon when the stations were charging $3.70. We dropped off the car in the same location without much hassle.

Unless you have a large family or you're trying to impress somebody, get the economy car. Who cares if you valet you Ford Focus. Everyone knows it a rental and nobody is paying any attention.

Be very careful driving your rental! Even if the accident is not your fault you will be responsible for the damages to the rental. Drive it like you are driving Miss Daisy!
