Description of service

I reserved a car online with this company the day before I needed it. I got the car at a location about ten minutes from where I live. I had to go to the desk to get the car when I picked it up. However, when I dropped it off they location was closed so I was just able to leave the car in a spot and the keys in a box in the lot.

Review of Service

Overall, I would say that my rental experience went smoothly. I only had to wait for one person in line and the agent had my reservation ready to go. It usually takes a longer time to get my keys. The car was both clean and ready for me when I arrived. I got a good car, a Pontiac G6, which I think was a free upgrade from the standard category car that I reserved.

Tips

Some times, car rental places have last minute sales. It was not my luck this time. But, I have had luck in the past getting a good rate for a next day rental. If they have excess cars at the last moment, they would rather rent them cheaply than have them sit in the lot.
