Description of service
I got a package for my phone, internet and cable. The cable guy came in an installed the box for the cable and we decided to get the package so the cable guy came in and installed the other box for the phone. When I called them to have the service set up they only had limited time spaces available to come to my house. But once they were here they installed everything and had it working in a short amount of time.
Review of Service
The service was ok. The company was not very convenient when it I needed to set up an appointment. They only has limited amount of open spaces so I had ro puch it back a week. But once the guy came out install it he was very quick and explained everything to me in regards to how to use it and what special features I got with the package.
Tips
Make sure you know what you are getting with your package. Also see if there are any discounts for other products that they may offer. If you are not happy with service you are getting make sure that you call them up and tell them. Be aware if taxes and fees.
