Description of service
The service that I pay for every month consists of a high speed internet connection, cable television with a DVR box and home phone service. I also have HBO on Demand, and have the option of paying for other on-demand services. There are also many free on demand choices for us to watch.
Review of Service
I really do not have much to complain about - I never have problems making a telephone call, I am always able to access the Internet and my cable has not gone out in ages. If I ever DO have a problem, their customer service department is open 24 hours a day. The parental blockage controls are very easy to use, which is good for me since I have a young child in my house. My only complaint would be that there seem to be a lot of small charges having to do with fees and taxes.
Tips
If anyone is looking for a 3 in 1 package that consists of phone, internet and cable, my best suggestion would be to comparison shop online. Make sure that there is also some kind of option where if you do not like the service, you have the option of cancelling without being charged a penalty fee.
