I have had no complaints as far as the service goes with this company. Their customer service staff has always been friendly and helpful. They always suggest upgrades and new products without being pushy or obnoxious. Even on the occasion when my survice has been shut off for non payment I still get the friendly customer service I am accustomed to unlike other internet providers I have used. Another thing I like about my provider, being the procrastinator that I am, is the grace periond they give you before they shut off your service due to a late payment. They allow you to be about a month and a half overdue before they shut off your internet service and another half of a month before they shut off your cable service.

If you get internet service through your local cable provider make sure you ask about any package deals they have. At first I only had high speed internet service until customer service mentioned to me that I would actually save $5 a month if I also ordered basic cable television. I'm sure they do this because they hope that once you have basic cable you will upgrade to include movie channels, but I am happy with my basic cable. You should also make sure to take advantage of their free antivirus software and antispy software. I was naive at first to this and ended up having to replace my computer due to a particularly nasty virus.
