the Price of Phone Cable and Internet Bundled Services

We have cable TV and cable internet access through the same company. Included in this package are 2 cable boxes, one upstairs and one downstairs and 1 DVR box. We also get HBO and 17 HD channels.

I have found this service to be at a reasonable price, considering the extras we have added on our package. It is worth the extra $10 a month for the DVR as we love not watching commercials! Setting recordings are simple and straighforward and the menu guides are easy to navigate. We have also experienced excellent customer service through this company. Any problems with our cable are quickly resolved through a helpful and courteous phone call to the comapny. One time we were having difficulty with the DVR system and this company sent out a technician within the hour, and on a friday night no less! The stellar service we have received make this cable service worth every penny.

At first I was was hesitant about paying extra for the DVR and the HD channels but now I couldn't live without it! The DVR makes TV viewing much more enjoyable as we can set our favorite programs to record and then watch them later, without commercials. It is simple to search for upcoming shows and set reminders and/or recordings.

I was also very skeptical about HD programming; could it really be that much clearer than normal cable? Yes, it can! I was shocked the first time I switched from a regular cable channel to its HD equivalent; the difference is amazing. I only wish we could access more HD channels through our cable provider!
