the Cost of Home Audio Repair

I have a movie theater room where I have a home audio system installed. I had this system installed by a professional, as I wanted all the wiring to be under the floor and I cannot fit in the crawl space beneath my house. I was watching a movie the other night and the sound went completely out. I have no way of knowing why, so I called the company that installed it. They had a person come out the following Monday morning to take a look. He went in the crawl space and was only under there for a few minutes. Apparently the wires were partially disconnected under there. He reconnected them and added some electrical tape to them to prevent this from happening again. Before he left, he tested the system and it worked perfectly again.

It is always easy to deal with this company. They are polite and very quick to get you on schedule for any repairs or installations you need. They also LISTEN. I always let them know that the service tech will need to be a tiny person, due to having to get into my crawl space, and they never send anyone big (unlike the local cable company). I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have audio installation or repair work done in their home. They do good work at a fair price. They basically only charged me for an hour of labor this time around.

Definitely go with a professional when getting your home audio set up in your home. They keep your info on file and know the history when they arrive and that is really important. I could have easily fixed this repair myself, if I could fit under there, but it was good to know that was all it was and I would not have necessarily known that on my own.
