This service and price point is available for most major traffic offenses that carry the posibility of imprisionment. DUI's are more costly and a seperate price.

Overall, I would say this is very costly for the same service you can pretty much do yourself. The service I personally got was not very good. I had one consultation and that was in the court house right before we went in for the case. My lawyer stated who I was and what my background was and I got the same verdict as many people I saw who were there without lawyers. My lawyer did not make a real attempt to get to know me, my verdict was favorable though so overall it wasn't a terrible experience just overpriced.

My tips: Call around, you will get a lot of mailers in the mail for major traffic offenses because those lawyers apparently get your name off the court lists. Call them all, explain your case, and get estimates. Meet with all the lawyers in person if possible and choose the one that you get a good vibe for, someone you mesh well with, and someone who seems passionate about the work. Don't be afraid to ask what they will charge you and if this is a flat cost.
