Description of service
I picked up my first DUI in march of 2007. I was very nervous about the situation so i went out to find a good lawyer. After asking friends and family members of what i should do or if they have any refferals i was able to find the right attorney. I had to reveiw my situation with him and have a hearing. He was able to help me out alot.
Review of Service
The service was great. I had to pay a 1500 dollar retaining fee and with the hearing and one meeting and a few calls it added up to be a little over 2900 dollars. But the most importantthing was the outcome of the hearing. I ended up paying a fine and taking 6 Alcholics anonymous classes. No jail time except the night that i was caught,and no community service.
Tips
My tips would be hire a lawyer that has a good reputation no matter what the costs is. You can be cheap when it comes to jail because that can lead into loss of work and maybe your job. I am happy with the outcome and i have never drank and drive again. But if thatsituation ever came up i would go back and hire this attorney again, no matter the costs.
